    Bought the 28XL in early June 2012. Have had it two mons. now. Got 25 hrs on it. Have been doing mostly site preparation work with it. Rocky/shale terrain. About 50/50 loader, backhoe time. Have absolutely no complaints with it. Looked at just about every other compact available. Price vs. performance won out across the board. Looking forward to much more work with it.

    Review:
    Purchased my first tractor and it was delivered today. The MAX 28xl Shuttle is more then I expected to get when I started looking. It came with the Loader, and I added the backhoe, rake, rear blade, and spreader. I couldn't be happier, and best of all - no buyers remorse! The dealer was well informed, has a large inventory, and I left with a big smile. I will write another review after I get out and can put it through its paces.

    I love my max 28 shuttle shift. It runs a 5 foot rough cut mower like its playing with it. very fuel efficient. Makes a great deer carrier and fire wood hauler. i can honestly give it 5 stars. there are no cons on this machine ,only pros

    I bought my Mahindra MaxXL 4WD Shuttle,after shopping around other dealers in the area.I checked the John Deere dealership,and they had a 27-28 hp tractor,but they wanted way too much$$$ for there tractors,and the same for for the Kobota tractors,and they didn't have the hp or all the implements I needed.I'm a DIYer,with only 3 acres,but my Mahindra Max-28 was the perfect fit to my needs and at the right price for my budget. I went to the Dealership,told them my needs,and we walked out into the lot,picked out the right tractor for my needs.And the helped me pickout the right Implements and attachments to suit my needs.The staff at Mahindra of Clarksburg were very helpful and careing to me and all my needs,also the Financeing was perfect for my budget.Thank You Mahindra for building a strong,sturdy,and safe tractor.
